Inflatebounce IT Overhaul

Overview

We are excited to showcase one of our largest and most ambitious installations to date at InflateBounce, a 3000 square metre indoor activity venue. This project brought together multiple technologies to create a connected, secure and efficient environment for both staff and visitors. From networking and security to communication and point of sale systems, the entire site has been upgraded to a modern, high performance standard.

The Challenge

InflateBounce needed a complete technological transformation to support its large facility and growing visitor base. With such a vast floor area and a high volume of customers, the venue required a reliable network, a strong security infrastructure, an efficient access system and an upgraded communication and EPOS setup. The goal was to streamline operations, enhance safety, and improve the overall visitor experience across the entire site.

Our Approach

AH Media Solutions carried out a full scale installation covering every major system within the venue. The following upgrades were completed:

High performance network installation

A full network rebuild powered by SpaceX Starlink to deliver fast, stable and consistent connectivity throughout all 3000 square metres.

Advanced CCTV system

24 CCTV cameras installed across key locations to provide full site coverage and improve security for staff and visitors.

Magnetic door access system

A controlled access setup designed for safety, efficiency and ease of use for the venue’s staff.

VOIP phone system upgrade

A modern communication system that simplifies internal and external calls across the site.

Multi device EPOS till system

A complete installation featuring an app ordering station, kitchen and drinks printer, integrated card machines and synchronised order management for fast and accurate service.

TV display connect system

A custom installation to help display venue information, promotions and entertainment content throughout the site.

The project was delivered with careful planning and coordination to ensure everything was optimised, tested and ready for daily operation.

The Results

InflateBounce now benefits from a fully modernised venue infrastructure. Connectivity is fast and reliable, security is significantly improved, staff communication is smoother and the upgraded EPOS system has enhanced the speed and accuracy of order processing. Visitors experience clearer information displays, improved flow and a more technologically supported environment.

The venue is now equipped to operate efficiently at scale, handle high visitor numbers and deliver a polished and professional experience.
