Overview

We are proud to introduce DriveAssure, a digital solution created to simplify and modernise daily vehicle safety checks for drivers. The idea for DriveAssure began when a Cambridge County Council driver told us how repetitive, time consuming and inconvenient the traditional paper based checksheet process had become. Their feedback highlighted a real need for a faster and more efficient method, so we decided to develop a solution that would make the entire process easier.


What started as a single request has now grown into a tool available to drivers across the region at no cost.


The Challenge

Many professional drivers complete daily vehicle checks using paper forms. These forms are often lost, damaged or rushed, and they take up unnecessary time at the start of a shift. The lack of digital storage also creates challenges for record keeping, auditing and compliance. Drivers wanted a simple system that saved time, reduced paperwork and improved accuracy.


Our Approach

We built DriveAssure as a clean and user friendly digital platform that allows any driver to complete their safety checks quickly and reliably using their phone. The focus was on speed, clarity and accessibility, ensuring it could be used by drivers with all levels of digital confidence.

Following the original request, DriveAssure has been made available at no cost to support as many drivers as possible.
